Your HR administrator creates your account and shares your Employee ID and a temporary password. Open the portal URL in any browser, enter your Employee ID (or your registered email) and the password, then press Sign In. Your dashboard loads immediately — a short welcome tour will walk you through every section on your first visit.
You can reset it yourself in under a minute — no need to contact HR. On the login page, click "Forgot your password?", enter your registered email address, and press Send Reset Link. Open the email (check your spam folder if needed), click the link, and set a new password. You can then sign in immediately. See Chapter 2 for the full step-by-step process.

If a wrong password is entered 5 times in a row, the portal automatically shows a Cloudflare security check before allowing more attempts. This protects your account from automated password-guessing attacks. Complete the check and sign in normally — or use "Forgot your password?" to reset.
The portal automatically monitors your document expiry dates and warns you in advance: passport (6 months before expiry), Iqama (3 months), and employment contract (about 2.5 months). Documents already expired or expiring within 14 days are marked urgent — giving you and HR plenty of time to renew.
Raise a Help Desk ticket directly from the portal and describe the discrepancy clearly. Your HR team will review it, respond in the ticket thread, and issue a corrected payslip if required. All communication is kept on permanent record.
Your portal access has been switched off by an administrator — this usually happens at end of service or during account maintenance. Contact your HR administrator directly to clarify and restore access. Your historical data is preserved and becomes available again once the account is reactivated.
